Audi-Only Technicians
No mixed fleet. Our mechanics see the same engine families, the same gearboxes and the same recurring faults every single day, which is why diagnosis is quick and repairs are done once.
Audi Repair Dubai is an independent Audi-only workshop looking after Audi owners across The Meadows, from Meadows 1 through to Meadows 9. Mechanical repair, servicing, diagnostics, denting, painting and accident repair — all carried out by technicians who work on nothing but Audi, at a fraction of authorised dealer pricing. We collect your car from your villa free of charge and return it when the work is signed off.

ToggleSame diagnostic equipment, same quality of parts, same standard of workmanship — without the showroom overheads built into every dealer invoice.
The Meadows is one of the highest-density Audi communities in Dubai. Walk any of the nine sub-communities on a weekday morning and you will see Q7s and Q5s reversing off villa driveways for the school run, A6 and A8 saloons heading out through the gates towards Sheikh Zayed Road, and the occasional RS 6 Avant parked under a villa shade sail. It is a family neighbourhood with a strong German-car bias, and that means a lot of Audis that need looking after properly.
The awkward part has always been where to take them. Sending a car to the authorised dealer means a drive across town, a service advisor working from a fixed menu price list, and a bill that reflects a glass showroom as much as it reflects the work done to your car. Dropping it at a general garage in Al Quoz solves the price problem and creates a competence problem — a technician who works on ten different brands in a week is not the person you want guessing at an S tronic fault code or a Haldex service interval on a quattro.
Our answer is simple. We are an independent workshop that works exclusively on Audi. Our mechanics have spent their careers on EA888 and EA839 engines, on ZF and S tronic transmissions, on MMI infotainment and MLB platform electrics. Our bodyshop technicians know how Audi aluminium panels, bonded seams and paint codes behave. And because we are not a dealer, we can quote realistically, explain what actually needs doing now versus what can wait, and collect the car from your door in The Meadows so the whole thing costs you no driving time at all.
The distinction matters more on an Audi than on most cars. A modern Audi is a networked vehicle: dozens of control modules talking across CAN and FlexRay buses, adaptive systems that learn and need resetting after component changes, and service procedures that must be recorded correctly or the next workshop inherits a mess. Guesswork produces expensive mistakes.
No mixed fleet. Our mechanics see the same engine families, the same gearboxes and the same recurring faults every single day, which is why diagnosis is quick and repairs are done once.
Full module-level access to every control unit on the car, live data logging, guided fault finding, coding, adaptation and service-interval resets — not a generic code reader pulling a single fault number.
We tell you what is safety-critical, what is developing, and what is cosmetic. Nothing is added to the invoice because it happened to be on a menu.
Suspension knock and a kerbed bumper can be handled in the same visit, by the same workshop, with one collection from The Meadows and one return.
Repairs and the parts we supply carry a workmanship guarantee. If something is not right after we return the car, it comes back to us and we put it right.
We do not deal with insurance companies. You deal with us, we quote you, you approve it — no adjusters, no delays, no third party deciding what your Audi is worth.
The Meadows sits inside the wider Emirates Living development, bordered by The Springs, The Lakes, Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Islands, with Sheikh Zayed Road on one side and Al Khail Road on the other. It is villa living: private driveways, community speed humps, tree-lined internal roads, gated entrances, and a short hop to Meadows Village, Town Centre Jumeirah and the schools that ring the community.
That profile produces a very particular kind of wear on a car, and after years of working on Audis from this part of Dubai we see the same patterns repeat.
A typical Meadows week is full of two and three kilometre trips — the school gate, the supermarket, the padel court, the community pool. On a turbocharged direct-injection Audi that is close to a worst case. The engine barely reaches full operating temperature, oil never gets hot enough to burn off moisture and fuel dilution, and combustion deposits accumulate on the back of the intake valves because there is no port fuel spray to wash them clean. Six or seven years of that and you get a rough cold start, a slight hesitation off the line, and a fuel consumption figure that has quietly crept up. It is completely fixable — walnut blasting and a proper oil service usually transform the car — but only if someone recognises the cause.
From May to September your Audi lives in ambient temperatures that most of its components were validated for but none of them enjoy. Batteries in Dubai routinely fail at two to three years rather than five. Plastic coolant components — thermostat housings, water pump impellers, expansion tanks — become brittle and start weeping. Rubber ages: valve cover gaskets, cam adjuster seals and crankshaft seals begin to seep, and the first sign is usually a faint burning smell at traffic lights rather than a puddle on the driveway. Air conditioning systems that were fine in April suddenly blow warm in June because a slow refrigerant leak has finally crossed the threshold.
The crawl onto Sheikh Zayed Road at eight in the morning is hard on dual-clutch transmissions and on brakes. Community speed humps and multi-storey ramps at the Marina and Mall of the Emirates take their toll on front bumpers, splitters and undertrays — particularly on lowered S and RS models. And the single most common bodyshop job we do for Meadows customers is not accident damage at all: it is a kerbed alloy, a scuffed bumper corner from a tight villa driveway, or a car park door ding from a busy weekend at the shops.
Fine airborne sand acts like a mild abrasive every time the car is wiped down, and UV exposure on cars parked outside does the rest. Horizontal surfaces — bonnet, roof, boot lid — lose gloss first. Clear-coat on older Audis in solid colours can start to look chalky. Machine polishing and paint correction bring most of it back, and it is a job worth doing before it becomes a respray.
This is the part Meadows customers use most, and it costs nothing. You do not drive to us, you do not sit in a waiting room, and you do not need to organise a second car or a lift home. We come to the villa, take the car, and bring it back.
It works whether you are at home, at the office in DIFC or Media City, or travelling. Plenty of our Meadows customers leave the keys with a family member or the house help, approve the quote by WhatsApp from a meeting, and find the car back on the driveway that evening or a couple of days later, depending on the job.
Send a WhatsApp to +971 52 791 4606 or call +971 52 791 4606. Tell us the model, the year, and what the car is doing — a warning light, a noise, a service that is due, a scuffed bumper. Photos and short videos help enormously, and a photo of the dashboard warning light often lets us narrow the fault before we have even seen the car.
You tell us which Meadows sub-community you are in and when suits. Same-day collection is usually possible if you contact us in the morning, and next-day is standard. We plan around the community access requirements so the driver arrives ready rather than waiting at the gate.
A member of our team arrives at your villa, checks the car over with you, notes the existing condition, and drives it to our workshop. If the Audi is not driveable — a gearbox that will not select, a flat battery, a car that has been standing since an accident — we arrange recovery instead.
The car goes on a ramp and onto diagnostics. We identify the actual fault rather than the symptom, then send you a written quote on WhatsApp with photos or video of what we have found. Nothing is started until you say yes.
Audi-only technicians do the job. If we find something additional once the car is apart, you get a message and a price before any extra work happens — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Every car is road tested after repair, fault memory is re-scanned and cleared properly, adaptations are reset where needed, and bodywork is inspected under proper lighting for colour match and finish.
The car comes back to your villa, washed and ready, at a time that suits you. You settle the invoice and we walk you through exactly what was done and what to keep an eye on.
Our Meadows customers come to us for everything from a straightforward oil service to an engine rebuild. Below is what our workshop covers on the mechanical side — all of it under the same free collection arrangement.
Oil and filter services, minor and major services, and full scheduled maintenance to the correct interval for your model and engine. We use the right oil specification for your engine — a longlife spec in a car that never sees a long run is not always the best choice in Dubai, and we will tell you why. Service interval indicators and the digital service record are reset properly.
Full-system scans across every module, live data logging on a road test, guided fault finding and component actuation. Warning lights, EPC messages, limp mode, intermittent electrical gremlins and drivability complaints that other garages have already failed to solve.
Timing chain and tensioner work on EA888 units, oil consumption diagnosis, valve cover and cam adjuster seal leaks, PCV and crankcase ventilation failures, head gasket work, and full overhauls where the engine has been damaged or high mileage has caught up with it.
Boost leak testing, wastegate and actuator faults, diverter valve failures, underboost and overboost codes, and turbocharger replacement or reconditioning on TFSI engines from the 1.4 in an A1 up to the twin-turbo V8s.
S tronic and DSG mechatronic faults, jerky low-speed shifting, clutch pack wear, gearbox oil and filter services at the correct interval, torque converter and ZF automatic repair, manual clutch replacement, and quattro driveline work including Haldex servicing and differential repairs.
Pads, discs, sensors, calipers, handbrake actuator faults on electronic parking brakes, brake fluid changes, and judder diagnosis. Brake wear in Dubai traffic is faster than most owners expect, and Meadows school-run mileage is hard on front pads in particular.
Knocks and clunks over community speed humps, worn control arm bushes, drop links, wheel bearings, shock absorbers, and full air suspension repair on Q7, A8 and allroad models — compressors, valve blocks, air struts and levelling faults. Four-wheel alignment after any suspension work.
AC service and regas, leak detection with dye and electronic sniffing, compressor and condenser replacement, blend flap actuator faults, blocked drains, cabin filter changes and full climate control diagnosis. If your Audi blows cold on the move and warm at a standstill, we know where to look.
Battery testing, supply and coding of AGM batteries, alternator and starter motor repair, parasitic drain tracing, wiring and connector repair, sensor replacement, and MMI and infotainment faults including screen failures, reversing camera issues and Bluetooth dropouts.
Water pump and thermostat replacement, radiator and expansion tank leaks, coolant temperature faults, overheating diagnosis, and oil leak tracing from the sump, filter housing, turbo feed lines, rear main seal and valve cover.
Walnut blasting of intake valves on direct-injection TFSI engines — the single most effective fix for the rough idle, hesitation and lost economy that short Meadows journeys produce over time.
Tyre supply and fitting, balancing, four-wheel geometry alignment, and comprehensive pre-purchase inspections if you are buying a used Audi privately or from a showroom in Al Quoz or Ras Al Khor.
Our bodyshop handles everything from a single scuffed panel to a structural repair after a collision. The standard we work to is straightforward: when the car comes back to your driveway, nobody should be able to tell which panel we touched.
Car park dents, trolley dings from the weekly shop, door edge damage from a tight villa garage, hail-free but sun-baked panels that have picked up knocks over the years. Depending on the damage we either use paintless dent removal — where the original factory paint is preserved entirely and the dent is massaged out from behind — or conventional panel beating and refinishing where the paint is broken or the metal is stretched. Paintless repair is faster, cheaper and better for the car's history where it is viable, and we will always tell you if it is.
Audi paint is not forgiving. Metallics like Daytona Grey, Floret Silver, Nardo Grey and Mythos Black show every flaw in a blend, and the pearl effects are worse. We mix to your car's exact paint code, spray in a controlled booth, bake the finish properly, and blend into adjacent panels so there is no visible transition line under Dubai sunlight. Matte and special-order finishes are handled with the appropriate products rather than being approximated.
The most common bodyshop job we do for Meadows customers. Scuffed corners from a gate pillar, cracked lower lips from a steep ramp, parking sensor housings damaged in a low-speed knock, and grazed rear bumpers from reversing into an unseen bollard. Most bumpers can be repaired, filled, prepped and resprayed rather than replaced, which is a substantial saving. Where sensors, radar or camera hardware are mounted in the bumper we recalibrate them afterwards so the driver assistance systems work correctly.
Where a car has been in a genuine collision we go further. Panel alignment is checked against factory dimensions, structural sections are repaired or replaced correctly, aluminium and high-strength steel are treated with the right techniques rather than being welded like ordinary bodywork, and safety systems are checked and reset. Airbag and restraint system faults, crash sensors, and ADAS cameras and radars that need recalibration after a front-end repair are all part of the job, not an afterthought.
Light scratches, swirl marks from washing, water spotting and dulled clear coat all respond to machine polishing. For Meadows cars parked outside, a proper multi-stage correction once every year or two keeps the paint from deteriorating to the point where panels need respraying. We can also refinish kerbed alloy wheels, which is usually the cheapest single thing you can do to make an older Audi look years younger.
Windscreen and window replacement, headlight restoration and replacement including LED and Matrix units, foggy lens repair, mirror housings, grille and trim replacement, and chrome or gloss black exterior trim refinishing.
If it wears four rings and runs on petrol, we work on it. That covers the ordinary daily drivers parked on Meadows driveways and the weekend cars kept under covers in the garage.
Older generations are welcome too. We regularly work on B7 and B8 A4s, C6 A6s, first-generation Q7s and Mk1 TTs that dealers are no longer especially interested in supporting. Parts availability is rarely the obstacle people assume it is.
We can arrange whatever your car needs and whatever suits your budget. On most jobs there are three routes, and we explain the trade-off rather than deciding for you.
Audi genuine parts, or the identical component from the original equipment manufacturer in its own box without the four-ring markup. For engine internals, electronics and safety-critical components this is usually what we recommend.
Reputable brands that supply the factory in the first place — filters, brakes, suspension components, cooling parts. Often a significant saving with no compromise in service life. We do not fit cheap unbranded parts.
For body panels, lights, trim, interior pieces and some mechanical assemblies on older cars, a tested used part can make a repair viable that would otherwise be uneconomic. Everything is inspected before it goes on your car.
Whichever route you choose, it is written on the quote before we start, so there are no assumptions on either side.
We are not an authorised Audi dealer and we do not pretend to be. What we offer is the same standard of work without the structural costs that a dealership has to recover from every customer who walks through the door.

We do not work with insurance companies. Every job we take on is direct and customer-paid. That is a deliberate choice: insurance work means an adjuster deciding what your Audi is worth, pressure to use the cheapest possible parts, and repair schedules dictated by a claims department rather than by the car. Working directly with you means we quote honestly, you approve it, and the standard of the repair is the only thing driving the decisions. If you are claiming on insurance for a major accident, we are not the right workshop for that particular job — but for everything you are paying for yourself, you will be better off with us.
Every car is different, but after thousands of jobs the timings are fairly predictable. These are realistic working-day estimates from collection to return, assuming parts are available and you approve the quote promptly.

Booking is deliberately simple. Message +971 52 791 4606 on WhatsApp with your model, year, mileage and a description of the problem, or call the same number and talk it through. We confirm a collection slot for your Meadows villa, usually same day or next day, and everything after that happens over WhatsApp — quotes, photos, approvals and updates — so you can deal with it in thirty seconds between meetings.
Nobody enjoys an open-ended estimate, so it is worth explaining what moves the number on an Audi job. Four things do most of the work.
On a modern Audi, the part is often cheap and getting to it is not. A thermostat on a transversely mounted four-cylinder can mean removing intake components and draining the system. A starter motor on some V6 models sits under the intake manifold. We quote the realistic hours rather than a headline figure that grows later.
The gap between genuine, OEM and quality aftermarket on the same component can be substantial. On a set of front brake discs and pads it can halve the bill with no meaningful difference in life. On an engine sensor, we would push you towards OEM every time.
An A3 is a straightforward car to work on. An RS 6, an S8 or an R8 is not — more components, tighter packaging, more systems to recalibrate afterwards. Q7 and A8 air suspension adds another layer again.
This is the big one. A weeping water pump caught early is a routine job. The same pump left until it fails on Al Khail Road in July can mean a warped head. The cheapest repair is almost always the early one, which is exactly why we tell you what is developing rather than only what has already broken.
Every quote we send is itemised: parts, labour and any additional work, priced separately so you can see what you are paying for. If we find something extra once the car is stripped, you get a message with photos and a revised price before a single additional dirham is spent.
Free pickup and drop-off covers the whole of Dubai, and the neighbouring communities keep our drivers busy alongside The Meadows itself.
Yes. The Meadows is one of the communities we collect from most often, and we cover all nine sub-communities plus the Meadows Village area. We serve the whole of Dubai, but Emirates Living generally — The Meadows, The Springs, The Lakes, Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Islands — accounts for a large share of the Audis in our workshop at any given time.
Yes, genuinely free, with no minimum spend and no charge added elsewhere on the invoice. We collect your Audi from your villa in The Meadows and return it there once the work is complete and you have settled up. It is part of how we operate rather than a promotion.
Same-day collection is usually possible if you contact us in the morning, and next-day is standard. For urgent situations — a car that will not start before a school run, a warning light before a long drive — tell us when you message and we will prioritise it. If the Audi is not driveable we arrange recovery instead of a driver.
Everything mechanical and everything cosmetic. Oil changes, minor and major servicing, scheduled maintenance, computer diagnostics, engine repair and rebuilds, turbocharger work, S tronic and DSG gearbox repair, clutch replacement, brakes, suspension and air suspension, steering, cooling systems, oil leaks, electrical faults, batteries, alternators and starters, AC service and repair, MMI and infotainment, carbon cleaning, tyres and wheel alignment, plus full bodywork — denting, painting, bumper repair, accident repair, scratch removal and polishing.
Yes. We have a full bodyshop. That covers paintless dent removal, conventional panel beating, colour-matched respraying in a controlled booth, bumper repair and refinishing, alloy wheel repair, scratch removal, machine polishing and paint correction, and structural collision repair including panel alignment, restraint system checks and ADAS sensor recalibration after front-end work.
The full petrol range. A1, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8; every S model including S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, SQ5, SQ7 and SQ8; the RS range including RS 3, RS 4, RS 5, RS 6, RS 7, RS Q3 and RS Q8; TT, TTS and TT RS; the R8 in V8 and V10 form; and the whole Q family — Q2, Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8. Older generations are welcome too.
We can arrange whatever your car needs. Genuine Audi parts, OEM components from the original manufacturer, quality aftermarket alternatives from reputable brands, or tested used parts where that makes a repair viable on an older car. We explain the trade-off on each option and the choice is written on the quote before we begin.
Yes. Repairs and the parts we supply carry a workmanship guarantee, with the exact terms depending on the job and the parts used — we confirm this in writing on your quote. If something is not right after we return the car to The Meadows, bring it back and we will put it right.
Considerably. Depending on the job, customers typically save up to 70% against authorised dealer pricing. The saving comes from an independent labour rate rather than a dealership overhead, from giving you real parts choices rather than list-price genuine only, and from repairing components where repair is sound instead of replacing whole assemblies as a matter of policy.
Send a WhatsApp message to +971 52 791 4606 or call the same number. Tell us your model, year, approximate mileage and what the car is doing, and add photos or a short video if there is a warning light or visible damage. We will confirm a collection slot at your villa, usually same day or next day, and handle quotes and approvals over WhatsApp from there.
We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Payment is due when the work is finished and before the car is returned to you, and you receive a full itemised invoice showing parts and labour separately. All work is direct and customer-paid.
Routine servicing, brakes, batteries and AC work are usually same day or one day. Suspension, cooling and oil leak repairs run one to three days. Turbocharger and gearbox work takes several days. Engine rebuilds and multi-panel accident repairs can take one to three weeks. We give you a realistic timeframe with the quote and tell you straight away if parts availability changes it.
No. We handle direct, customer-paid work only. It means no adjuster deciding what your Audi is worth, no pressure to fit the cheapest available parts, and no waiting on a claims department before your car can be repaired. You approve the quote, we do the work, and the standard of the repair drives the decisions.
If your car is still inside its manufacturer warranty period, discuss it with us before booking and we will give you a straight answer for your specific situation. Most of the Audis we see from The Meadows are outside the original warranty, which is exactly when independent specialist servicing makes the most financial sense without any loss of quality.
Get it scanned rather than waiting. An EPC light, a check engine light or an intermittent message often reflects a fault the engine management is compensating for, and compensating quietly for months is how a small problem becomes an expensive one. A diagnostic scan is quick, we collect the car for free, and knowing is always cheaper than guessing.
Yes, and many Meadows customers do exactly that. Leave the keys with a family member, house help or building security, confirm the arrangement with us by WhatsApp, and we will collect and return the car around your schedule. Quotes and approvals happen on your phone, so you can be at the office or abroad while the work is under way.
Tell us what your Audi is doing and we will come and get it. Specialist diagnosis, honest pricing, dealer-level workmanship, and free pickup and drop-off anywhere in The Meadows.
