Audi Scheduled Maintenance FAQ
Here are the questions Audi owners in Dubai ask us most often about scheduled maintenance. If yours is not covered, message or call us on +971 52 791 4606 and we will happily help.
How much does Audi scheduled maintenance cost in Dubai?
There is no single fixed price, because the cost depends on your exact model, engine, the type of service due and which interval items fall due at that visit. A lighter oil service on an A3 costs far less than a full inspection service on an RS6. What we guarantee is a clear, itemised, fixed quote before any work starts — and because we are independent, our rates are typically up to 70% lower than the authorized dealer for comparable work. Send us your model, year and mileage on WhatsApp for a no-obligation quote.
How long does an Audi scheduled maintenance service take?
A standard oil (interim) service is usually completed within a few hours. A fuller inspection service, or one where several interval items such as spark plugs, brake fluid or DSG oil fall due, may take most of a day. If any extra repairs are approved after inspection, we will tell you the revised timing up front. Because we collect and return the car for free, most owners simply hand it over and carry on with their day.
Do you offer a guarantee on the work?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and the parts we fit. Every scheduled maintenance job is carried out by experienced Audi technicians to the correct specifications, and we are happy to discuss the guarantee that applies to your specific service when you book. Our reputation depends on doing the job right the first time.
Do you use genuine Audi parts or aftermarket parts?
Both — the choice is yours, and we will advise honestly. We use correct Audi-specification oils and quality filters as standard, and we can source genuine/OEM parts (ideal for newer cars), premium aftermarket parts (excellent value) or good used parts (sensible for older vehicles). We recommend what genuinely suits your car and budget rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.
Do you collect and deliver my Audi?
Yes, free of charge, anywhere in Dubai. Tell us your location and a convenient time, and we will collect your Audi from your home or office, service it at our workshop, and return it to you ready to drive. There is no charge for this — it is included with every service.
Which Audi models do you service?
Every petrol Audi in the range. That includes the A1, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8; the full S line-up (S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8); the RS range (RS3, RS4, RS5, RS6, RS7); the TT, TTS and TT RS; the R8 supercar; and the entire Q range — Q2, Q3, Q5, Q7, Q8 plus the SQ5, SQ7, SQ8, RS Q3 and RS Q8. We also happily service older and quattro all-wheel-drive models.
Do you run diagnostics as part of the service?
Yes. Before we service the car we connect our diagnostic equipment to read stored fault codes and live data across the engine, gearbox and electronics. This lets us catch hidden issues the service schedule alone would not reveal, so you get a complete picture of your Audi's health — not just an oil change.
How do I book a scheduled maintenance service?
The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp or call +971 52 791 4606 with your model, year and mileage. We will confirm which service is due, give you a clear estimate, and arrange free pickup at a time that suits you. Booking takes just a couple of minutes.
What payment options do you accept?
We work on a direct, customer-paid basis and accept the common payment methods used in Dubai. We do not work with insurance companies — every job is arranged and paid directly by the customer, which keeps things simple, transparent and fast. We will confirm the accepted payment methods when you book.
Do you service my Audi at home or at a workshop?
Scheduled maintenance is carried out at our fully-equipped workshop, where we have the tools, lift and diagnostic equipment to do the job properly. To make it convenient, we bring the workshop to you in effect — with free pickup and drop-off — so you never actually need to visit us unless you want to.
What are the signs my Audi needs scheduled maintenance?
The clearest sign is a service or inspection message in the driver display. Other signs include reduced smoothness or throttle response, rising fuel consumption, brake noise or a softer pedal, coolant or oil warnings, unusual noises or vibration, weak air-con or a musty cabin, and simply being overdue by time or distance. If in doubt, send us your details and we will confirm.
How often does an Audi need scheduled maintenance?
Audi's programme alternates between a lighter interim (oil) service and a fuller inspection service, generally on an annual or mileage basis, whichever comes first — commonly around every 12 months or 15,000 km, though this varies by model and driving style. Additional interval items such as spark plugs, brake fluid and DSG oil fall due at set points. Dubai's heat, dust and traffic can justify slightly more frequent attention. We will confirm the exact schedule for your car.
What is the difference between an oil service and an inspection service?
An oil (interim) service is the lighter of the two — mainly engine oil and filter, key fluid checks and a basic inspection. An inspection service is more comprehensive, adding a detailed multi-point check plus any due interval items such as filters, spark plugs or brake fluid. Audi alternates between them so your car is looked after in stages. We will tell you exactly which one your Audi is due.
Will servicing with an independent garage affect my Audi warranty?
Servicing at a reputable independent specialist using correct-specification parts and keeping a proper record generally allows you to maintain your car's history and value. We keep clear documentation of every job. If your Audi is under manufacturer warranty and you have specific concerns, tell us when you book and we will advise on the best approach for your situation.
Will you reset the service indicator after the work?
Absolutely. Resetting the Service Interval Indicator (SIA) is a standard part of every scheduled maintenance job we carry out. Once the work is complete we reset the indicator, log the service, road-test the car and return it to you fully ready — with the countdown correctly set for your next interval.
