Audi Only
We do not split our attention across ten brands. Every technician on the floor works on Audi platforms daily, from the MQB A3 to the MLB Evo Q7 and Q8, so faults are recognised quickly instead of being diagnosed by trial and error.

ToggleSame Audi-trained expertise, same diagnostic equipment, the same quality of parts — without the dealership overheads. Free pickup and drop-off across Dubai Sports City on every job, large or small.
Dubai Sports City has one of the highest concentrations of German cars anywhere in Dubailand, and Audi is right at the top of that list. Walk through the basement car park of Canal Residence West, Elite Sports Residence, Royal Residence or the Hub Canal towers and you will count A4s, A6s, Q5s and Q7s on almost every level. Drive through Victory Heights and you will find S and RS models parked outside the villas on Esmeralda, Novelia, Oliva and Morella. Those cars all need looking after — and the owners who drive them have told us the same thing for years: the dealership is expensive, the appointment is weeks away, and the drive to the service centre eats half a working day.
That is exactly the gap we fill. Audi Repair Dubai is an independent, Audi-only workshop. We are not an authorised Audi dealer, and we do not pretend to be one. What we are is a team of mechanics and bodywork technicians who work on nothing but Audi vehicles, every single day, using the same diagnostic protocols, torque specifications and service schedules the factory publishes. The result is dealer-level work at independent-garage prices, delivered without the queue.
For Dubai Sports City residents, the biggest difference is convenience. You never have to visit us. We collect your Audi from your tower entrance, your villa gate or your office car park, carry out the work at our fully equipped Dubai workshop, and deliver the car back to the same spot when it is ready. The pickup and drop-off is completely free — there is no minimum spend, no collection fee, and no surcharge for coming out to DSC.

Our driver comes to you anywhere in Dubai Sports City — Victory Heights, the stadium-side towers, Canal Residence or the Sports City retail strip. You hand over the key and carry on with your day.
Mechanical repair, electrical diagnostics, servicing, air conditioning, denting, painting, bumper repair and full accident rebuilds all happen under one roof, so your car is not shuttled between sub-contractors.
Dubai Sports City sits in the middle of Dubailand, bordered by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road on one side and Hessa Street and Al Qudra Road on the others, with Motor City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Production City, Remraam and Damac Hills all a few minutes away. It is a self-contained community built around the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, the ICC Academy, The Els Club golf course and the Victory Heights villas, and the way people drive here has a measurable effect on their cars.
A large share of DSC driving is very short: down the ramp from a basement bay, a loop past the stadium, five minutes to the school gate at GEMS United or Bradenton Preparatory Academy, a run to the supermarket on the retail strip, then back down the ramp. On a modern turbocharged Audi, that pattern is harder on the engine than a long motorway drive. The oil never reaches full operating temperature for long, direct-injection intake valves accumulate carbon because there is no fuel washing over them, the DSG or S tronic clutch packs do most of their work in the first-to-third shuffle, and the battery rarely gets a full recharge cycle.
The other half of the pattern is the commute — E311 or Al Khail Road into Business Bay, DIFC, Media City or Downtown, often at 100 to 120 km/h in 45°C ambient heat with the air conditioning on maximum. That is a genuine thermal endurance test for the cooling system, the thermostat housing, the water pump, the coolant hoses and the plastic expansion tank, and it is the single biggest reason we see overheating warnings and coolant-level messages on cars from this part of Dubai.
Dubai Sports City is still surrounded by open desert plots and active construction, and the prevailing wind carries very fine sand into every part of a car. Cabin filters clog and the air conditioning output drops. Engine air filters load up long before the sticker says they should. Radiator and condenser fins pack with dust, which quietly raises coolant and refrigerant temperatures. Brake dust bonds to alloy wheels in the humidity, and airborne grit dulls clear coat on bonnets and bumpers faster than most owners expect.
The community is full of speed bumps and steep basement ramps, particularly around the tower clusters. Over time that takes a toll on control arm bushings, drop links, wheel bearings and — on Q7, A8 and air-sprung A6 models — the air suspension struts and compressor. Tight parking bays and narrow ramp corners are also the most common source of the bumper scuffs, kerbed alloys and door-edge dents that fill our body shop diary.
None of this means an Audi is a fragile car. It means an Audi in Dubai Sports City lives a specific life, and the workshop looking after it should know that life in detail. We adjust service intervals, filtration checks, coolant testing and battery testing around how cars are actually used here, rather than following a generic schedule written for a mild European climate.
This is the part Dubai Sports City customers use most, so it is worth explaining properly. You do not need to drive to us, follow a recovery truck, or arrange a lift home. Our driver comes to your address in DSC, takes the car, and brings it back when the work is signed off. The service is free on every job — an oil change, a brake pad set, a full major service or a three-week accident rebuild.
| Step | What happens | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Contact | You message us on WhatsApp or call +971 52 791 4606 and describe the fault, the service due, or the damage. Photos or a short video help enormously. | Send the model, year and a description. Two minutes. |
| 2. Indicative quote | We give a realistic price range or a fixed price where the job allows it, and explain what still needs to be confirmed on the ramp. | Approve the inspection and pick a collection slot. |
| 3. Collection in DSC | Our driver meets you at your tower entrance, villa gate, office or the basement bay. Same day in most cases, usually within a few hours of confirming. | Hand over the key and note the fuel and mileage with the driver. |
| 4. Inspection and report | The car goes straight onto a ramp or a diagnostic session. We send findings, fault codes, photos and a firm price before any work starts. | Approve, decline, or ask us to do part of it now and part later. |
| 5. The work | Repairs, servicing, bodywork or paint carried out by technicians who only work on Audi vehicles, with parts sourced to the standard you approved. | Nothing — we update you as milestones are reached. |
| 6. Return to your door | The car is washed, road tested, and delivered back to the same address in Dubai Sports City at a time that suits you, including evenings. | Check the work, settle the bill, keep the invoice for the warranty. |
Our Dubai workshop is equipped for the complete range of Audi work, from a quick warning-light diagnosis to an engine or gearbox rebuild. Below is what a typical Audi garage visit from Dubai Sports City involves, by category.
Audi-specific diagnostics across every control module — engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, MMI, comfort, gateway and driver assistance. We read live data, freeze-frame values and adaptation channels rather than simply pulling a code and replacing the first part it mentions. A check engine light, EPC warning, flashing coil symbol, ABS light or an intermittent electrical fault all start here.
Minor and major services to Audi's own schedule, adapted for Dubai conditions: fully synthetic oil to the correct VW/Audi specification, genuine-quality oil filter, air filter, cabin and pollen filter, spark plugs at interval, brake fluid change, coolant testing, plus a full multi-point inspection with photos of anything that needs attention.
Oil leaks from valve cover gaskets, cam adjuster seals, rear main seals and oil coolers; timing chain and tensioner work on 2.0 TFSI and V6 engines; water pump and thermostat housing replacement; PCV and intake work; turbocharger diagnosis and replacement; carbon cleaning of direct-injection intake valves; and full rebuilds where the engine justifies it.
S tronic and DSG servicing, mechatronic unit faults, harsh or delayed shifts, torque converter judder on tiptronic boxes, clutch replacement on manuals and S tronic units, propshaft and differential work, plus quattro driveline diagnosis when you feel a bind or vibration on turns.
In this climate the AC is not a luxury. We pressure test the system, trace leaks with UV dye or electronic detection, replace compressors, condensers, expansion valves and pressure sensors, re-gas to the correct weight, clean evaporators and replace cabin filters that have been strangled by DSC dust.
Pads, discs, sensors and calipers including ceramic and high-performance setups on S and RS models; brake fluid flushes; warped disc and judder diagnosis; control arms, bushings, drop links, shock absorbers and wheel bearings; air suspension diagnosis, strut and compressor replacement on Q7, A8 and air-sprung A6; plus four-wheel alignment after any suspension work.
Battery testing, supply and registration to the vehicle's energy management system; alternator and starter motor repair; wiring and earth fault tracing; window regulators, central locking and comfort module faults; parking sensors, cameras and driver assistance calibration; and MMI, sound system and infotainment repair.
Radiators, expansion tanks, coolant hoses, auxiliary pumps, fans and fan control modules. Dubai heat finds every weak point in a cooling system, and an overheating Audi is the one fault that should never be driven through — if a temperature warning appears in DSC, stop and call us for collection.
Bodywork is half of what we do, and it matters more on an Audi than on most cars. Audi's factory finishes — Daytona Grey, Nardo Grey, Glacier White metallic, Mythos Black, Tango Red, Navarra Blue — are notoriously difficult to blend. A cheap respray on a quarter panel is obvious in Dubai sunlight from three metres away, and it will show up on any future inspection or valuation. Our paint technicians work with computerised colour matching against your car's own paint code, spray in a controlled booth, and blend into adjacent panels so the repair disappears.
Basement pillars, trolley strikes at the Sports City retail units, car-park door dings and hail-free but sand-blasted panels all end up in the same place. Where the paint surface is intact and the metal is accessible, paintless dent removal is the ideal fix — the panel is massaged back to shape from behind and the original factory paint is preserved entirely. Where the paint is cracked or the crease is too sharp, we fill, prime, spray and blend conventionally.
Bumper scuffs are the single most common job we collect from DSC, usually from ramp corners, kerbs and tight bays. Most scuffed and cracked plastic bumpers can be repaired rather than replaced: we sand back the damage, plastic-weld cracks where needed, fill, prime, colour match and clear coat. That typically costs a fraction of a new bumper skin and looks identical when it is done. Parking sensors, radar brackets and camera housings are refitted and checked afterwards, and where the car has driver assistance systems we confirm they still read correctly.
For heavier damage we handle the full rebuild: panel replacement, welding, structural straightening on a jig where the chassis has moved, suspension and steering geometry correction, airbag and safety-system work, and complete refinishing. Every accident repair ends with a four-wheel alignment and a road test. Please note that we do not work with insurance companies — all accident work is direct and customer-paid. In practice many DSC owners prefer that anyway: a small-to-medium repair paid directly often costs less than an insurance excess plus the premium increase, and it never touches your claims history.
Light scratches, swirl marks, faded clear coat and sand-etched bonnets respond very well to machine polishing and compounding. A full cut-and-polish restores depth and gloss to paint that has spent two or three Dubai summers outdoors, and it is worth doing before you sell or hand back a car. We also handle alloy wheel refurbishment for kerbed rims, headlight restoration for hazed lenses, and full-body paint correction.
Doors, boot lids and bonnets that no longer close evenly are reset properly rather than forced, so the shut lines match the other side of the car.
Coastal humidity attacks stone chips and untreated repairs. We cut out corrosion, treat the metal and refinish before it spreads under the paint.
Windscreen replacement, door glass, mirrors, grilles, mouldings and the gloss-black trim used across S line and RS models.
Patterns repeat when you look after the same brand in the same climate for long enough. These are the complaints that come in most often from Dubai Sports City, Motor City and the surrounding Dubailand communities, and what they usually turn out to be.
Cold at speed, weak when stationary. Usually a dust-blocked condenser, a failing radiator fan or fan control module, low refrigerant from a slow leak, or a tired compressor clutch.
Commonly the plastic thermostat housing, the water pump, a split hose or a hairline crack in the expansion tank. On V6 TFSI engines the pump and thermostat are usually replaced together.
Dubai heat shortens battery life dramatically — two to three years is typical here. The other cause is a parasitic drain from a module that will not sleep, which needs a current draw test rather than a new battery.
Hesitation pulling out of the basement or shuddering at 20 to 40 km/h on an S tronic box. Often overdue transmission fluid and filter service, sometimes clutch adaptation, sometimes a mechatronic fault.
Valve cover gasket, cam adjuster seal, oil cooler seal or turbo oil line on 2.0 TFSI engines. Catching it early is far cheaper than dealing with oil-soaked belts and heat-cracked hoses later.
Coil packs, plugs, a failing high-pressure fuel pump, carbon on the intake valves, or a boost leak. Diagnostics tell us which, in minutes, instead of guessing part by part.
Front control arm bushings and drop links are the usual suspects on A4, A5, A6 and Q5 platforms after a few years of DSC's bumps and ramps.
Classic air suspension symptom on Q7, A8 and air-sprung A6 — a leaking strut bag, a failing valve block, or a compressor that has been working overtime to compensate.
Heat-cycled, warped or unevenly worn discs, frequently combined with sticking caliper slides. Common on cars doing repeated high-speed E311 runs into stop-start city traffic.
Software corruption, a failing MMI unit, or a voltage supply problem — often the last symptom of a battery that is quietly on its way out.
As an Audi specialist we cover the full petrol range, from city hatchbacks to the RS flagship models and the entire Q family. Whatever is parked in your Dubai Sports City bay, it is a car we work on regularly.
Whether you drive a five-year-old A4 that has just come off its dealer service package or a brand-new RS Q8, the approach is the same: correct fluids and parts, documented work, and a technician who has seen that platform many times before.
We arrange every part your Audi needs, and we are transparent about the options so you can decide where your money goes. On an older car it makes sense to mix them; on a nearly new RS model it usually does not.
| Option | Best for | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Genuine Audi | Newer cars, warranty-sensitive work, safety and structural parts | Identical to what the dealership fits, supplied through our parts channels at better prices than dealer retail. |
| OEM | Most mechanical and service work | Made by the same manufacturers that supply Audi's production line, in their own box. Same component, lower cost. |
| Quality aftermarket | Older cars, wear items, cost-conscious repairs | Reputable brands only. We will tell you honestly where aftermarket is a sensible saving and where it is a false economy. |
| Quality used | Body panels, lights, trim, electronic modules, older discontinued parts | Inspected before fitting and matched to your VIN where coding matters. Often the difference between repairing a car and writing it off. |
You always know which category is being used before the work starts, because it is written on the quotation. If a part has to be ordered from outside the UAE we tell you the realistic lead time upfront rather than discovering it halfway through the job.
Most of our DSC customers came to us after their dealer warranty or service package ran out and the invoices stopped making sense. Here is the honest comparison.
| Authorised dealership | Audi Repair Dubai | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Full dealer labour rates and retail parts pricing | Typically a fraction of dealer pricing — savings of up to 70% on comparable work |
| Getting the car there | You drive to the service centre and arrange your own way back | Free pickup and drop-off anywhere in Dubai Sports City |
| Waiting time | Booking slots often days or weeks out in peak season | Same-day or next-day collection in most cases |
| Parts flexibility | Genuine only, at list price | Genuine, OEM, quality aftermarket or used — you decide |
| Who you speak to | A service advisor relaying messages | Direct contact with the people working on the car, on WhatsApp |
| Repair versus replace | Replacement of complete assemblies is standard practice | We repair components where repair is genuinely the right answer |
| Insurance work | Handles insurance claims | Direct customer-paid work only — no claims process, no excess, no premium impact |
The things that should not change do not change. Audi-specific diagnostic equipment. Correct oil specifications and torque figures. Service schedules followed, not skipped. Fault codes cleared only after the fault is actually fixed. A written invoice listing every part and operation, which is exactly what a future buyer or a pre-purchase inspection will want to see.
Work carried out at our workshop is covered by a warranty on both parts and labour, with the term depending on the job and the parts used — we state it clearly on your invoice before you pay. If something we repaired is not right, bring it back and we will make it right. We will also collect it from Dubai Sports City to do so.
Every car is different, but after thousands of Audi jobs we can give realistic expectations rather than vague ones. These are the timescales we work to from the moment the car reaches the workshop.
| Job | Typical time in the workshop |
|---|---|
| Oil and filter change, minor service | Same day, usually 2 to 3 hours |
| Major service with plugs, filters and fluids | Same day |
| Computer diagnostics and fault report | 1 to 3 hours for the diagnosis itself |
| Brake pads and discs, all round | Same day |
| Battery supply, fitting and registration | Same day, often within a couple of hours |
| AC leak trace, repair and re-gas | 1 to 2 days depending on the failed component |
| Suspension, control arms and alignment | 1 to 2 days |
| Water pump, thermostat or radiator | 1 to 2 days |
| Bumper repair, paint and refit | 2 to 4 days including curing time |
| Multi-panel body and paint repair | Around 4 to 10 days depending on panel count |
| Gearbox, mechatronic or clutch work | 3 to 7 days |
| Engine rebuild or major accident repair | 2 to 4 weeks, quoted with a schedule upfront |
We will not publish a fake price list, because an Audi repair price depends on real variables. What we will do is explain exactly what moves the number, so nothing on your invoice is a surprise.
Send us the model, year, mileage and symptom on WhatsApp and we will give you a realistic range before we even see the car. If the inspection changes the picture, we tell you before doing the work, not afterwards.
Our driver covers every part of Dubai Sports City and the neighbouring Dubailand communities. If you live, work or park anywhere in this list, free pickup and drop-off applies to you.
Collection from Dubai Sports City is straightforward because we run the route daily. If you are on the far side of the community near Al Qudra Road or tucked inside Victory Heights, it makes no difference to the price — the pickup is free either way.
Yes. Dubai Sports City is one of the areas we collect from most often, including Victory Heights, Canal Residence West, Elite Sports Residence, Royal Residence, the Hub Canal towers, Golf Vista and the stadium-side apartment clusters. We also cover neighbouring Motor City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Production City, Remraam, Mudon, Damac Hills and Arabian Ranches, and in fact the whole of Dubai.
Yes, completely free, with no minimum spend and no hidden collection charge. It applies to every job, whether you are booking an oil change or a full accident repair. The only time a transport cost applies is when the car cannot be driven and needs recovery transport instead of a driver, and we always quote that before dispatching a truck.
In most cases the same day, and often within a few hours of confirming the booking on WhatsApp. If you contact us in the evening we usually collect the following morning. Tell us your preferred time window and we will fit around your work schedule rather than the other way round.
Everything an Audi needs: computer diagnostics, minor and major servicing, oil changes, engine repair and rebuilds, timing chain and water pump work, turbocharger repair, gearbox, S tronic, DSG and mechatronic work, clutch replacement, brakes, suspension and air suspension, steering, cooling system repair, air conditioning service, electrical and battery work, MMI and infotainment repair, plus full bodywork including denting, painting, bumper repair, accident repair and polishing.
Yes. We have a full body shop with a controlled spray booth and computerised colour matching to your Audi's own paint code. We handle paintless dent removal, scratch and scuff repair, bumper repair and replacement, panel replacement, structural straightening, glass work, alloy wheel refurbishment and machine polishing, right through to complete accident rebuilds.
The full petrol range. That means A1, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8; the complete S line-up including S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 and S8; the RS range including RS3, RS4, RS5, RS6, RS7, RS Q3 and RS Q8; TT, TTS and TT RS; the R8; and the entire Q family — Q2, Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8 along with SQ5, SQ7 and SQ8.
We can arrange whatever your car and budget call for: genuine Audi parts, OEM parts from the same manufacturers that supply Audi's production line, quality aftermarket parts, or inspected used parts for items such as body panels, lights, trim and older discontinued components. The choice is written on your quotation before work begins, so you always know exactly what is going on the car.
Yes. Repairs are covered by a warranty on parts and labour, with the term depending on the specific job and the parts used. It is stated clearly on your invoice before you pay. If anything we repaired is not right, bring it back and we will put it right, and we will collect the car from Dubai Sports City to do it.
Significantly. On comparable work our customers typically save up to 70% against authorised dealer pricing, because we do not carry showroom overheads and we give you genuine choice on parts. The workmanship standard, diagnostic equipment and service schedules stay the same — only the invoice changes.
No. We are an independent Audi specialist garage, not an authorised dealer, and we do not claim to be one. We work exclusively on Audi vehicles and deliver dealer-level quality as a premium alternative to the dealership at far better value.
No. We handle direct, customer-paid work only, including all accident and bodywork repairs. Many Dubai Sports City customers actually prefer this for small and medium damage, because paying directly can cost less than an insurance excess and it keeps your claims history and your renewal premium untouched.
Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 52 791 4606 with your Audi model, year, mileage and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video help a great deal. We reply with an indicative price and a collection time, then our driver comes to your address in Dubai Sports City to take the car.
We accept cash, bank transfer and card payment at the workshop. Payment is due when the work is complete and the car is ready, and you receive a full invoice listing every part and operation carried out. On larger repairs such as engine or accident work, we agree the payment stages with you in advance.
Routine servicing, oil changes, brakes and batteries are usually same-day jobs. AC repairs, suspension work and cooling system repairs typically take one to two days. Bumper repair and paint takes two to four days because of curing time, gearbox and clutch work three to seven days, and major engine or accident rebuilds two to four weeks. We give you a realistic timeline with the quotation and update you if anything changes.
Yes, and we recommend it. We collect the car, run a full diagnostic session across all control modules, and send you the fault codes, live data findings and photos with a firm price. You then decide whether to proceed, do part of the work now, or simply have the car returned. Nothing is repaired without your approval.
Yes. Non-runners are common, usually a flat battery or a starting fault. Tell us the building and parking level when you contact us and we will arrange the right equipment or recovery transport, coordinate access with your building security if visitor registration is needed, and get the car to the workshop without you having to organise anything else.
Tell us what your Audi needs and we will collect it from your door, repair it to dealer standards, and bring it back. No dealership queue, no collection fee, no insurance paperwork.
