Motor City FAQs
Audi Repair In Motor City — Your Questions Answered
Do you cover Motor City?
Yes. Motor City is one of the areas we collect from most often, including Uptown Motor City, Green Community Motor City, the Detroit Road blocks, the villa and townhouse clusters, and the offices around the Dubai Autodrome. Message or call +971 52 791 4606 and we will arrange collection.
Is pickup and drop-off in Motor City really free?
Yes, completely free, with no minimum spend, no distance charge and no hidden fee added to the invoice. It applies to every job, from a routine oil service to a full accident repair, and it covers both the collection and the return of your Audi.
How quickly can you collect my Audi from Motor City?
For most Motor City addresses we can collect the same day, and frequently within a couple of hours of your message. You choose the time slot, including early mornings before work and evenings afterwards, and our driver meets you at your building, basement bay or villa gate.
What Audi services do you offer?
Everything mechanical and everything cosmetic. That includes oil and major servicing, computer diagnostics, engine repair, gearbox and DSG work, brakes, suspension and air suspension, air conditioning, electrical and battery work, cooling systems, MMI and coding, key programming, ADAS calibration, tyres and alignment, plus denting, painting, bumper repair, accident repair and polishing.
Do you do denting, painting and accident repair?
Yes. Our body shop handles dent removal and paintless dent repair, scratch and scuff repair, bumper repair and respray, full panel replacement, structural accident repair, chassis alignment and machine polishing. Every panel is matched to your Audi's factory paint code and blended into the surrounding panels so the repair is invisible in daylight.
Which Audi models do you handle?
The full petrol range: A1, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8; the S range including S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 and S8; the RS range including RS3, RS4, RS5, RS6 and RS7; TT, TTS and TT RS; the R8 in V8 and V10 form; and the Q range covering Q2, Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8 along with the SQ and RS Q performance models.
Do you use genuine Audi parts?
We can arrange genuine and OEM parts, quality aftermarket parts, or inspected used parts, depending on your car, your budget and how long you plan to keep it. We always tell you which type of part we are fitting and what it costs before the work starts, and we will recommend what we would choose ourselves.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All repairs are covered by a workmanship guarantee, and parts we supply carry their own manufacturer or supplier warranty, confirmed in writing on your invoice. If anything is not right after a repair, we collect the car from Motor City again free of charge and put it right.
Are you cheaper than the Audi dealership?
Substantially. On comparable jobs our customers commonly save up to 70% against authorized dealer pricing, mainly because our labour rate is independent rather than premium and because you can choose your parts. The specialist knowledge, diagnostic equipment and standard of work stay the same.
Are you an authorized Audi dealer?
No. We are an independent Audi specialist garage, which means we are not tied to dealer pricing, dealer parts-only policies or dealer scheduling. We deliver dealer-level quality as a premium alternative at far better value, and we are always clear about that distinction.
How do I book from Motor City?
Send a WhatsApp message or call +971 52 791 4606 with your Audi model and year, a short description of the problem or the service due, and your part of Motor City. Photos or a short video help a great deal. We confirm a price or a diagnostic plan, agree a collection slot, and take it from there.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card and bank transfer, settled when your Audi is delivered back to you in Motor City. On larger jobs such as engine or accident repair we work in agreed stages so you always know what has been approved and what it costs.
How long do repairs usually take?
Servicing, brakes, batteries and most diagnostics are same-day. Suspension work is typically one to two days, bumper repair and respray two to three days, and a single panel dent and paint two to four days. Gearbox and mechatronic work runs three to six days, while engine rebuilds and accident repairs take longer and are quoted stage by stage.
Do you work with insurance companies?
No, we handle direct customer-paid work only, so there are no claim forms, assessors or approval delays. For most cosmetic damage this actually works in your favour, because the repair often costs less than a policy excess and you avoid a claim on your record and a higher premium at renewal.
My Audi will not start or move — can you still collect it?
Yes. If the car is not drivable because of accident damage, a flat battery in a tower basement, a gearbox fault or anything else, we arrange recovery instead of a driver. Tell us where the car is parked and whether it is in a basement level, and we will bring suitable equipment.
Can you service my Audi if it is still under warranty?
In most cases yes, provided the correct specification oils, fluids and parts are used and the service is properly documented, which is exactly how we work. If your car is very new and still covered by a dealer service package, we will tell you honestly when staying with the dealer makes more sense for you.
